Endive Seeds - Frisee

Frisee (Pronounced "free-ZAY") is a curly variety of endive with pale-green, yellowish, finely cut leaves. Though it can have a slightly bitter flavor, Frisee is much milder than other varieties of endive and provides a good texture and taste to salads.
